TERMS OF SALE

1. Seller Identification

This website (forjeon.com) and its online store are operated by ADRILOGA S.L. (“FORJEON”), tax ID ES B-90199902, registered address C/ Camas 25, 41701 Dos Hermanas, Seville, Spain.

2. Scope

These Terms govern every purchase of FORJEON® forged wheels and “Invited Brands” accessories made through the online store by consumers or professionals. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

3. Products

  • Made-to-order collections: FJ Series, Porsche Tribute Series, Outlaw Series.
  • Images are renders or sample photos; final tone may vary slightly.
  • Items marked “In stock” ship in 5–7 working days.
  • Items marked “Made to order” require 4–6 weeks for European production and QC.

4. Ordering Process

  1. Configure model, diameter, width, finish and (if desired) custom engraving.
  2. Review your cart; prices are displayed in EUR.
  3. Provide billing and shipping data.
  4. Select payment method and confirm.
    • You will receive an automatic email with order number and spec sheet.
    • Specs may be corrected within 24 h; after that the order enters production and cannot be modified.

5. Prices & Payment

  • Currency: euro (€).
  • Accepted methods: credit/debit card, PayPal™ or bank transfer.
  • Custom orders may require a 50 % deposit; balance payable before dispatch.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by destination and weight; duties outside the EU are paid by the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to the EU, UK, USA and other main markets via premium couriers.
  • Tracking number provided upon dispatch.
  • Standard carriers: DHL On-Demand Delivery (EU/UK) and UPS Worldwide Saver (rest of world).
  • Average transit: 24–72 h in EU / 3–7 days overseas.

7. Withdrawal and Returns

  • You may withdraw within 14 calendar days only for non-custom unused items.
  • Made-to-order wheels or engraved products are excluded from withdrawal rights (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16c).
  • Email returns@forjeon.com to request a return authorisation.
  • Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the error is attributable to FORJEON.

8. Warranty & Liability

  • 2-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Exclusions:
    a) improper mounting or torque,
    b) racing use without “Track Spec” upgrade,
    c) cleaning with aggressive chemicals.
  • FORJEON’s liability is limited to the product price; no indirect or consequential damages are covered.

10. Data Protection

Personal data are processed under the Privacy Policy (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Spanish law applies.
  • Consumers may sue in their domicile courts or in Seville, Spain (Art. 18 Reg. 1215/2012).
  • Business customers agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seville.

12. Changes

FORJEON may amend these Terms to reflect legal updates or internal improvements. The applicable version is the one in force on the order date.
