ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING CONDITIONS:
- Once the order is received, Forjeon Wheels will proceed with its management and processing.
- Orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment validation (excluding weekends).
- However, this timeframe will not start until the customer has provided all the necessary information, data, and documentation required to complete the order.
- Our wheels are made to order, designed specifically according to the requested dimensions and the characteristics of the vehicle where they will be installed.
- Manufacturing time ranges from 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the factory workload.
- Once the wheels are produced, they will be inspected, verified, and shipped to their destination.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in the registration form. Forjeon Wheels will not be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect registration details.
- All goods travel at the buyer’s sole risk, including any insurance premium costs should the customer wish to insure the shipment.
- Forjeon Wheels shall not be liable for failure to meet obligations due to unforeseen or unavoidable events, including but not limited to government actions, strikes, labour disputes, civil unrest, natural disasters, shortages of raw materials, or operational failures.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or invoiced.
- To cancel an order, customers must notify us via email, providing the order number.
- If the payment was made via bank transfer, and the transaction has already been completed, the customer must also provide bank account details to process the refund. This request must be made in writing (via email).
RETURNS, CLAIMS & INCIDENTS
Defective Products:
If you receive a product that does not function correctly after testing or installation, you must send an email to sales@forjeon.com with the subject “INCIDENT”, including:
- Customer name
- Order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect
If the issue cannot be resolved via a technical consultation, the customer must return the product along with all components, including the box, instructions, and accessories. Forjeon Wheels will handle the claim as quickly as possible and proceed with a replacement if necessary.
Shipping Damage & Inspection:
- Customers must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any claims immediately.
- If the package shows signs of damage, the issue must be noted on the delivery receipt provided by the shipping company.
- If the package is severely damaged, the customer should refuse the delivery.
- If the product has been altered or modified from its original manufacturing condition, the return will not be accepted.
Return Claims & Deadlines:
- Any discrepancies or claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the material.
- No return will be accepted beyond this timeframe or without proper prior communication to Forjeon Wheels.
- Forjeon will not accept returns of products that have been:
- Modified or tampered with by the customer
- Returned incomplete, missing components or accessories
- Custom-made or personalised according to customer specifications
- Products that, by nature, cannot be returned or are perishable
Products that do not meet the return requirements may be subject to a reduced refund or denied return, depending on manufacturer policies or additional costs due to non-compliance.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
Before returning an order, ensure you meet the following conditions:
✅ Within the allowed timeframe: Maximum 30 working days from the receipt of the product.
✅ Contact Forjeon to report the issue and provide photo or video evidence.
✅ Item must be in original packaging.
✅ Item must be in perfect condition.
✅ Item must include all original documentation, accessories, and components.
Failure to meet any of these conditions will make the return request invalid.
