Akrapovic Exhaust System for Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 / GLE 63 S (W167) 2023

This product is crafted from high-quality lightweight titanium, delivering a 34.2 % weight savings compared to the AMG Performance exhaust. The fully bead-blasted exterior is complemented by a hand-crafted carbon-fiber exhaust tip with an inner titanium sleeve.

On the Akrapovič dyno bench, this system achieved power gains of 6.3 kW (8.6 hp) and torque gains of 21.3 Nm—both at 2,800 rpm—when tested against a Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S Coupé equipped with the AMG Performance exhaust.

It features three exhaust valves operated by a specially developed control kit: one on each side of the silencer and a third in the active X-pipe connection to create the perfect sound experience. The valve housings, X-pipe connection, and central brace of the exhaust tubes are cast as one piece, producing a pure, deep tone with a full-bodied idle and a sharply defined burble as revs rise, culminating in a high-frequency, sporty character at high engine speeds.

No installation adjustments are required. An optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is available to provide full control over the exhaust’s sound spectrum.

The Evolution Line (Titanium) is ECE-approved for vehicles with an Otto particulate filter (OPF). It is designed for direct replacement of cars equipped with the AMG Performance exhaust and only fits vehicles retaining the original mounting points.

Please note: The ECE homologation for the Evolution Line (Titanium) is void if the optional Sound Kit is installed.
