The Fourth Project of Forjeon
This project arrived at a key moment. Back then, we weren’t even called Forjeon yet — we came from GTR Auto. We were a small team, but with a clear vision: to stop doing what everyone else was doing and start creating forged, custom-made wheels that would truly make a difference.
And then came the challenge: an Audi RS6 C9, 2020. From the factory, it was good-looking, but honestly, just another RS6. A brutal car, yes, but with stock wheels that said absolutely nothing.
That’s where it all began.
The Birth of the FJ04
This Audi RS6 was the reason we created our fourth wheel model, the FJ04.
It wasn’t born from a generic catalog — it was designed specifically for this car.
We wanted to break away from what was common in RS6 builds: repeated wheels, overused designs, boring finishes. The FJ04 was born as a forged, concave, custom-fit wheel, meant to give the Audi RS6 C9 a sharper, more aggressive look that no one had seen before.
Aggressive Fitment and Concave Design
We fitted the FJ04 in 22 inches and 10.5 width, aiming for the most aggressive fitment possible while keeping everything inside the bodywork. The key was balance: pushing to the limit, but still perfectly usable and legal.
The concave design gave the car a brutal presence. That concavity, combined with the wide stance, made the RS6 look even more muscular and lower than it already was. The result: an Audi RS6 C9 with concave custom wheels that turns heads everywhere.
6 Kilos Less Per Wheel: The Real Game Changer
The aesthetics were undeniable, but what truly obsessed us was performance.
The stock RS6 wheels weigh 19 kg each.
The FJ04 comes in at just 13 kg.
That’s 6 kg less per wheel — a total of 24 kg shaved off unsprung mass.
In practice, that means:
- Much more direct steering.
- Shorter braking distances.
- Reduced inertia when changing direction.
