The wheels must be in perfect condition, with no signs of excessive use or
damage due to improper handling, and must be returned in their original
packaging.
Custom wheels (with engravings, exclusive finishes, etc.) are non-refundable,
except in cases of manufacturing defects.
3️⃣ Proper Installation:
The guarantee is only valid if the wheels were installed by a certified
workshop or a qualified professional. A proof of professional installation
will be required for a return request.
4️⃣ Manufacturing Defects:
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, you can choose between a full
refund or a product replacement. The wheels will undergo a technical
inspection to confirm the defect.
5️⃣ Return Process:
To start the return process, contact our customer support team, who will
provide you with all the necessary instructions. Return shipping costs are the
customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

In cases where the wheels show moderate signs of use or are customized,
Forjeon Wheels may offer a partial refund or an exchange for another
available model.
Additional Conditions to Validate the Guarantee:

The wheels must have been installed and aligned at an authorized center, with
proof of correct installation required to activate the return guarantee. This
ensures that installation did not affect the product’s performance.
2️⃣ Documented Performance Evaluation:
To request a return due to performance issues, the customer must provide a
technical report or a certified test drive assessment proving that the wheels do
not meet the promised specifications in terms of handling, stability, or design
flaws.
3️⃣ Minimum Usage Period:
The customer must have driven at least 500 km with the wheels before
requesting a return. This ensures they have been tested under real-world
conditions and that the return request is genuine.
