 To request a return due to performance issues, the customer must provide a
technical report or a certified test drive assessment proving that the wheels do
not meet the promised specifications in terms of handling, stability, or design
flaws.
3️⃣ Minimum Usage Period:
 The customer must have driven at least 500 km with the wheels before
requesting a return. This ensures they have been tested under real-world
conditions and that the return request is genuine.
