This system is constructed from high-quality titanium piping and a central silencer, which connects to the car’s stock exhaust pipes via a premium stainless steel link pipe. It’s finished with hand-crafted carbon-fiber tailpipes and an internal titanium sleeve.

Weighing 44.1% less than the factory setup, it delivers a power gain of 7.5 kW (10.2 hp) at 5,450 rpm and a torque increase of 8.8 Nm at 3,900 rpm—measured on Akrapovič’s dyno against a standard RS 3 exhaust.

The in-house cast valve housings—one on each side of the silencer—tune the distinctive five-cylinder roar. In Comfort mode you get a refined, mellow rumble; switch to Dynamic and you experience the full, high-revving character, complete with potent crackles.

An optional high-gloss carbon-fiber rear diffuser and the Akrapovič Sound Kit are available for total tonal control. (Note: installing the Sound Kit voids the Evolution Line’s ECE homologation.)

ECE-approved for vehicles equipped with a gasoline particulate filter.
