And we didn’t debut them on just any car. We did it on an Audi R8 V10 Plus with 610 horsepower. A supercar that doesn’t forgive mistakes.
The challenge was huge: bring our first model to life — the Forjeon FJ01 — and launch it on a car of this level.
Forjeon FJ01: The First Forged Wheels
The FJ01 was our starting point. A design created to make a statement from day one. Forged, concave, custom-made wheels, carrying the personality we wanted to bring into a market where standing out is everything.
When it came to choosing the design, we knew exactly what we wanted: a classic-inspired look, but enhanced with our signature Aerolip formula. That was our differentiating touch.
The result was a striking mix:

Staggered Fitment: 20” Front, 21” Rear
We went for a staggered setup to highlight the R8’s performance character:
- 9×20 inches on the front axle
- 12×21 inches on the rear axle
An aggressive configuration that gave the car a wider, more planted stance — perfect for the V10 Plus.
Contained Weight Despite the Size Increase
We’re not going to exaggerate: in this case, there wasn’t a massive weight reduction. But here’s the important part — we increased diameter and width… and still shaved weight off.
- 300 grams lighter per wheel on the front axle
- 100 grams lighter per wheel on the rear axle
It may not sound like much, but considering the larger size, it was a real achievement.
Driving Impressions
The result was clearly positive. Not a radical transformation, but definitely an improvement in dynamics:
- Wider track = better stability.
- Larger diameter with lower-profile tires = sharper steering precision.
- Reduced weight = more balanced handling.
We’re not professional racing drivers or factory testers, but we know enough to tell when a car feels better. And the R8 on Forjeon FJ01 forged concave wheels felt more precise and more communicative.
The Aesthetic: A Game-Changer
Here there’s no debate: the visual transformation was brutal.
With the FJ01 concave wheels in 20/21 inches and the lowered stance, the R8 stopped being “just another supercar” and turned into a unique project.
This was our proof of concept: our first set of forged, custom-made wheels didn’t just work — it elevated the car’s presence to another level.
